Pillar II · IP
Ryodan is a system of stories, symbols, values, and people: a cyberpunk anthology about the internet we live in.
Our enemies are Gatekeepers, the powers that decide who gets access and who gets locked in.
Not for style. Because it is already happening.
2026 → 12026
Our story begins in the year 12026. We use the Human Calendar, counting from the dawn of civilization: if it is 2026 here, it is 12026 there. Time moves forward there like it moves forward here, and the lore grows as we grow.
Neo-Mars is the heart of our lore. A cyberpunk metropolis in a distant colony: a fully self-sufficient city-state with its own history, technologies, social structure, and fight for independence from Earth. We wrote it all: the politics, the work, the religion, the fractures between classes, the reasons behind its freedom, and the price of that freedom. Nothing is there by accident.
The adventures of our characters will always be told on two levels: what happens to them inside the digital worlds, and what happens to their lives on Neo-Mars. Every mission leaves from the city, and every consequence comes home to it.
A PFP collection born from this lore. The roles MIA identifies for each Ryodan become traits inside the PFPs. Through the collector profile, collectors will be able to assemble one or more teams of their own.

trust the code, don't trust the man.
Inside the lore, MAVE survives only as a fragmented memory. It was the entity that first discovered these digital worlds, but no one really knows why it disappeared.
What remains is MIA, the Maver Intelligent Assistant. In secret, she keeps selecting new people and sending them a USB key called The Gatebreaker. They will not know what it is, but they will try it. And when they do, they are transported into one of those digital worlds, chosen to join a Ryodan, a brigade, to uncover what happened to the original MAVE teams and help free worlds that were never meant to become closed systems.
That is the birth of Ryodan MAVE.
Neo-Mars is the bridge to many digital worlds, and those worlds can be radically different from one another. One may feel like a beautiful anime-style fantasy RPG MMO, another brutal, realistic, hyper-violent. Some may be inhabited only by users, others mostly by AIs.
That is why an anthology is not just an artistic choice for us. It is the correct form. Every episode can stand on its own, but every story belongs to the same system. Different worlds deserve different visual languages, rhythms, and production techniques.
It is also a pragmatic choice, for two reasons. Short films can access international funding that long formats rarely reach. And an anthology multiplies our chances: with a series you get one shot at winning your audience, the first episode. For us, every short is its own launch, and every launch is another chance to go viral.
A real IP should never live or die by a single medium. If the core is strong enough, it travels.

The Pioneers Unit is, and will remain, the core of what we call the Resistance. Our onboarding happens live: every new member sits down with the founder for a raw conversation about Web3, the journey, the struggles, the future, while their honorary PFP is born in real time.
During the onboarding, that honorary PFP is also turned into an exclusive 1/1 graphic, forged into a real physical piece and shipped straight to their home, usually within a couple of weeks.
These honoraries are minted as soulbound tokens, not normal tradeable NFTs.
Identity is not something you should be able to sell.

Holders will be able to build under their own brand and use their character commercially. But we are designing another layer: if your brand, project, or creative identity respects our guidelines and gets approved, it can enter our lore.
If you build a beer brand, our characters in Neo-Mars may actually drink your beer. If you build a game, it may become something our protagonists play. The brand remains yours. It exists inside our IP, but it does not become dependent on us.
Not a normal licensing relationship: structured co-branding across fiction and reality.
Case study
A moment ago, the beer brand sounded like a hypothetical. It is not.
NITRO is the first and only space beer. Born in the community, proudly made in Neo-Mars.
In the stories, it is what our protagonists drink. In real life, it is what our holders
will drink: NITRO exists, and soon you will be able to buy it.
A physical collectible is on its way too. It will not stop there.
This is the relationship we are building: two brands growing side by side, as equals,
with no codependency. NITRO lives inside our world and stands entirely on its own outside it.
And once a brand stands on its own, the loop closes: the PFP where everything
started can return as a limited edition inside it. From avatar to product line.
This is what growing together means.
We are building Neo-Mars for real: a navigable 3D city, raised from its street plan block by block. And we are doing it in public, from the very first step: in front of the community, with everyone who wants to help. When it stands, we hand it over.
The whole city goes open source: a base for games, stories and experiences we cannot even imagine yet, free for anyone to build on. No licenses to beg for, no gatekeepers at the door.
A city no one owns, so everyone can live in it.
